Privacy Policy

The only information this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, the kind of project you are planning, your timeline, and the location of the project, along with whatever you tell us about your vision.

Nothing on this site asks for payment details, and we do not collect any special category information. There is no account to create and no login.

We use it to reply to you and to talk about your project. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

When you send the form it is emailed to us at ablanton@serenespacesstudio.com and recorded in the project management system we use to keep track of enquiries, so your details do not get lost between the first message and the first conversation.

A few third parties handle information on our behalf. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Our email provider, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox.
• Calendly, if you choose to book a call. Your name and email are passed across so you do not have to type them again, and Calendly handles the booking itself under its own privacy policy.
• Our project management system, where enquiries are recorded so we can follow up.
• Our website host, which serves these pages and keeps standard server logs.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own, and there is no cross-site tracking. If you book through the embedded calendar, that booking service may set its own cookies once the calendar loads.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them — while we are talking, while a project is running, and afterwards for our own records. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask and we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ablanton@serenespacesstudio.com or call 865-617-0096 and we will sort it out. There is no form to fill in.

This site is meant for adults planning work on their homes or businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below. We will not make a change that applies retroactively to information already given to us.
